Changelog: inbox sync, approval queue, and voice hooks

Mar 12, 2026 · 5 min read

What shipped this month for teams running CRAIM in production.

March focused on reliability for teams that run mixed email and chat workflows, plus the operator experience inside approval queues. Here is what landed and why it matters if you are already live.

Inbox sync

We improved incremental sync for connected mailboxes so large threads reconcile faster after reconnects. Labels and folders that map to CRAIM views stay consistent across OAuth token refreshes, with clearer error states when a provider throttles us.

If you saw occasional duplicate activities on very long threads, that class of bugs is addressed in this release; contact support if anything persists so we can trace provider-specific edge cases.

Approval queue

Reviewers can bulk-approve within guardrails you define: same template family, same account tier, or same discount band. Rejections now attach a structured reason code so reps get actionable feedback and RevOps can spot policy confusion.

Mobile layout for the queue is usable on small screens without horizontal scrolling—enough context to decide, not a full CRM dump.

Voice hooks (beta)

For teams experimenting with phone workflows, beta webhooks expose call completion events to your stack so CRAIM can attach summaries and next steps to the deal timeline. This is intentionally narrow: events and signatures first, deeper dialer partnerships later.
